Please be advised that box 14 is usually used only for informational purposes for the payer’s payroll. If you do not see your code in the drop down menu, you can disregard it.
If you think that the code in box 14 might be important and you wish to declare the amounts there, you can use 'Other (Sch A) - Oth Ded St/Loc Tax'.
