The 1099 Consolidated form may have a 1099INT, 1099DIV or 1099MISC reported, however if they are all blank or filled with zeros, you do not have to report them.
Do not worry, not including those but sending later on a copy of the 1099 Consolidated would not affect anything regarding your tax filing.
