Please note that the 1099-INT form is non-taxable for nonresidents and it is not included in the calculations of your tax return. In this case no amendment will be needed, please keep the form for your personal records.
Also, if the amount on the 1099-INT is less than USD10, there is no need to report it at all.
I have filed my return and then received 1099-INT form.
