If you have received Form 1095-A please follow the steps below: 

- Check 'Yes' for the question 'Did you receive 1095-A form?' on Step 4 - Offset your expenses;

- Complete all the following steps and generate your Federal tax return (after you process the Sprintax fee payment or validate your code);

- Send us your 1095-A form via email here - info@sprintax.com ;

- Once our tax experts review your form, you will be emailed and informed whether or not you would have to receive Form 8962

If you do not require the form, you can mail the originally generated Federal tax return without including anything about your 1095-A Form. If you do require Form 8962, you must wait until we update your Federal tax return including the details from the 1095-A form. 

N.B 1 - You must NOT mail your Federal tax return until our tax experts review your documents and provide you with a response. 

N.B 2 - Often, if Form 8962 is needed, there might be a change of the refund that was outlined previously (lower refund) or you might even end up owing money. However, that is completely normal so if that is the case, just proceed with the updated Federal tax return you receive in order to file your documents correctly.
