I don’t see option Outside the US

Option Outside US will not appear on Step 6 – State taxes - Living in the US if you have not entered every entry-exit dates during 2023 on Step 1 – Residency - Residency status. If you need to use Outside US option on Step 6 then you will need to go back to Step 1 - Residency status and correct the visits that were entered then click NEXT until you reach Step 6 - Living in the US again.
