The answer is yes, if your application status is either Pending or Rejected and you are a nonresident for tax purposes. If your Green Card has been Approved, you cannot use Sprintax.
If you have been a Green Card holder in the past and you have already given up your Green Card and are in the US under any nonresident visa now, you might also be able to file with us. The best thing to do is enter all your visits in Step 1 Residency - Residency status. If you can continue to the next steps, you would be a nonresident for tax purposes and can continue to use Sprintax. If you are deemed a resident for tax purposes, you will not be able to use Sprintax and we will point you in the direction of Turbotax, our partner for resident taxes. There is no charge for the residency check.
