The Post-filing support is a service we offer, where we can review any notices you have received from the tax office, call the tax office and where possible, resolve the issue on your behalf.
Be advised that we do NOT mail any documents on your behalf, this is something that you would need to do, but we will let you know if this is needed. Sprintax is a self-preparation software where by entering the needed details through the steps, you will have the final tax returns generated, however, you will need to download, print, sign and mail the generated forms yourself. If you qualify to E-file your Federal tax return, Sprintax will provide you with this option by the end of the process.
If you decide to purchase the Post-Filing Service at a later stage, after providing the details in Sprintax for your tax preparation, the fee will be higher.
