On Step 8 - Finalizing - Review - there is a box right below the Sprintax fees called "ACCESS CODE" and this is where you should enter the Discount code provided by your university.
Please remember that Sprintax does not distribute discount codes and if you have not received one from your university, you can allow them some more time or reach out to them to check. It is possible that you may not receive a discount code at all if your school have not partnered with Sprintax and in that case, in order to finish the Sprintax process, you would have to proceed further by making the payment.
Also, you cannot use the same code twice. If you have already used the discount code provided for one of our services, any additional services will not be covered by the code and you will need to make the payment yourself at the checkout. You cannot use the previous years' discount codes for the current tax year. For example, if you have an unused code for 2022 tax year, it will not work when preparing your 2023 taxes.
