If no information is provided on their website this means that they either haven’t started working on the forms yet or they haven’t received them.
You can confirm the delivery of your papers to the tax office by contacting the postal services used or by contacting the IRS directly to confirm.
N.B Do not forget that Sprintax is a self-preparation software and we do not send any documents to the tax offices. Even if you have E-filed with us, we can only provide information up to the point your Federal tax return e-filing has been approved or declined. After that, you'd need our Post-Filing Service (Insurance) in order for us to be legally allowed to contact the tax office on your behalf in relation to your filed documents.
