Why does Sprintax say I am an US Resident?

Based on the information provided, you meet the Substantial Presence Test and Sprintax classifies you as a US Resident for tax purposes. Don't worry, this is normal if you have spent enough time in the US to be deemed a resident for tax purposes. In your case, you can use our partners' software - Turbotax (https://turbotax.intuit.com/) to prepare your tax returns. However, you would not be able to transfer the information directly from Sprintax to their site.

You can find more information about the residency for tax purposes from our 'Am I a resident for tax purposes' article here as well (https://sprintaxhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/8074690224157-Am-I-a-resident-for-tax-purposes-).
