On the Federal checklist it says to print and sign W8BEN form but my tax pack does not have it.

Since Form W8BEN is not present in your tax pack you don’t need to include it when sending your forms to the IRS.

Form W8BEN is usually not generated in the end, however, if you have it from our other platform - Sprintax Calculus/Forms for example, you can include the form in this case. Not having W8BEN would not affect anything, so do not worry if the document was not generated.
