Sprintax says I’m US resident but I received Form 1042-S, what should I do?

If you are deemed as a resident for US tax purposes because you pass the Substantial presence test, however, you have received Form 1042-S unfortunately Sprintax will not be able to prepare your US tax return online.

In case you are an IIE/LASPAU participant or your university has told you that you must absolutely use our services though, please send us an email at forms@sprintax.com by providing the following information: 
- Full names and your registration email address (SprintaxNR and Sprintax Calculus (TDS) one;
- The name of the institution/partner/university that has redirected you to us.;
- Which tax year are you filing for.
We will try to assist you as soon as possible once you provide the above information.
