Why aren’t my bank account details included on my State tax return?

Not all states allow direct deposit of your refund.

If your state allows direct deposit your refund can be deposited into your account.

Alternatively, you will receive your refund on a check. If you requested to receive your refund in a bank account but Sprintax has not included the account details on the form, your state doesn’t allow direct deposit.
