If you have already used the discount code provided for any of our services, yet you made changes and you are asked to pay this time (for example you generated an 8843 form only, yet later on added some income documents and now you are asked to pay for the Federal tax return to be generated), you cannot re-use the discount code again. Once validated, the code cannot be used again.
In order to avoid all that, always make sure you have all the documents for the tax year first, before using the access code provided to you.
I have used my code once for another service. I want to use the same code again.
