I made a mistake but already paid. Can I go back and change my answer? And if I do so will I be charged for a second time?

Yes, you can go back and change the needed details then click NEXT until you generate the correct packs again. Sprintax will not charge you additionally for making corrections to your account.

If however you have already filed an incorrect copy of your return, you would have to file an amendment. You can find more information about how to amend your tax return in our section - Amendment (https://sprintaxhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/8339958749341-Amendment).
